Any bug fixes should continue on after we branch. There will be no
time for string changes in this release series so if you do get a bug
fix in before the branch that involves a string change those strings
will go untranslated in 0.10.0.

When I branch today, the only allowed changes to the branch will be
packaging related fixes / improvements.
