Sorry I should have mentioned that I am testing on Ubuntu i386 8.04.
One suggestion that I would give for your wiki page is to simply list
the packages ubuntu users need to install e.g.
{{{
sudo apt-get install python-rpy etc.
}}}
I'm poking around anyway trying to get all the correct dependencies
installed but an explicit package requirements list would be great.
