Hi Mars,

This is a problem of the NASA WMS server and not the QGIS client:

"The WMS vendor also reported:
Service denied due to system overload. Please try again later"

I think that we should delete the phrase
"This is probably due to a bug in the QGIS program. Please report this  
error" from the dialog.

Mac OS X.5.4 iMac 24" intel 3Ghz, 4GbRAM, Nvidea 8800gts, dual head  
23" cinema

QGIS - version 0.11.0-Metis - Code Revision 8811 - PostgreSQL support,  
compiled against Qt 4.4.0, running Qt 4.4.0

Using William's Framework build.

Could not draw NASA (JPL) because:
(Unknown error code from a post-1.3 WMS server)
The WMS vendor also reported:
Service denied due to system overload. Please try again later.

This is probably due to a bug in the QGIS program. Please report this  
error.

Upon refresh error has not occurred again.
