[Qgis-developer] Qt4 Port of Almost All GRASS Plugin/Provider

Hello GRASS Users,

I have removed Qt3 classes from all of the GRASS plugin/provider except 
the GRASS shell.

A patch is available for testing from:
http://telwertowski.home.comcast.net/grass_noqt3_r9170.diff

If this works for others, I will submit it to svn.

I have also ported the last remaining Qt3 class, qgsgrassshell, but it 
still has bugs due to a major redesign of QTextEdit. I might get back to 
it in a few weeks or I can make it available for someone else to work on 
now.
