[Qgis-developer] QgsRect API updates

Hi Peter
Yes its just a case of missed / havent got there yet. Feel free to
make these kind of updates if you spot anymore over the course of this
week. Once we declare a stable API we are going to have to live with
it for quite a while so it will be good to tidy up any API ugliness
now while we have the wriggle room to do it.
