[Qgis-developer] QGIS 0.11.0 crashes when clicking on the projection-selector

answering to myself....

This seems to be a problem with a too-old sqlite3-version. My maschines
runs sqlite3 3.2.8 which apparently does have a problem to read srs.db

What version of SQLite3 is at least required? 3.2.8 seems too old
though.

sqlite3 /usr/share/qgis/resources/srs.db
SQLite version 3.2.8
Enter ".help" for instructions
sqlite> .schema
Error: unsupported file format
sqlite>
