There was some old packages not entirely removed during the install of 
1.0.0 :

$ aptitude search qgis

So, i purge these old packages :
$ sudo aptitude purge libqgis-core0.10 libqgis-core0.11 libqgis-gui0.10 
libqgis-gui0.11

and now all is fine ...
