[Qgis-developer] IMPORTANT: svn relocate information

To relocate your working copy to the osgeo-hosted repository:
1. Change to the working directory
2. svn switch --relocate https://svn.qgis.org/repos/qgis https://svn.osgeo.org/qgis

A reminder:
Before you can commit you will need an OSGeo id (see http://www.osgeo.org/osgeo_userid 
  )
You should use the same username you currently use to keep the names  
consistent in the repository as commits are made. Once you have an  
OSGeo id, email either Tim or me so we can grant you commit privileges  
to the new repository.

If you have an OSGeo id, you don't need to create a new one.
