[Qgis-developer] Geoprocessing Plugin

[Düster Horst]

I just published Rev. 0.13 of the Geoprocessing Plugin. With this
Revision in conjunction of QGIS Rev. 8171 the dissolve issues are
solved. Now QGIS shouldn't crash when GEOS throws topology exceptions.
