[Qgis-developer] QGIS 0.11.0 for Windows pre-release testing installer

Hi all,

I completed the Windows installer of Metis, but I need help in testings.

PS: you don't need to uninstall any previously installed release of QGIS, 
the install procedure is now capable to perform automated upgrade, downgrade 
and repair installations.
