Thanks! Works fine now. 

But there is still the second issue remaining - QGIS crashes when I'm trying 
to enable any python plugin. The C plugins works, but are disabled again 
after every QGIS start.

The solution for both problems is to change the version declaration in the 
first few lines of CMakeLists.txt back to 0.11.0 - I have no idea, what 
influence has it on python bindings?
