[Qgis-developer] QGIS 0.11.0 'Metis' - Call for packaging

AFAICT, Previously one could only open one file from the filesystem.  
Later attempts would not load as new layers. Now the application can  
be open with existing layers and double-clicking a new file will still  
open it within the application.
