[Qgis-developer] Plugin Installer

Hi list,

Hummm...
I am using the deb repository 
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/qgis/ubuntu hardy main
from which I installed 0.10.

Today, coming back to my work computer, Ubuntu proposed me to installed the
new version of Qgis.
So I did it. :D
Now, I have 0.11.0 Metis working.

I have the same probllem : 
* now none of my python plugins are loaded (no errors though)
* No plugin "plugin installer" available

Should I completely uninstall Qgis then reinstall it or should I do
something else ?

NB:
I get this message when loading qgis
