[Qgis-developer] Plugin Installer - proxy issue

Hi

In theorry you should need to make no changes since I used
QNetworkProxy::setApplicationProxy which should apply globay to all
parts of the applicatio. However I've not tested to see if this
carries accross the plugin / app boundary.
