[Qgis-developer] WMS-Proxy settings broken?

Hello qgis-devs,

while using 0.10.0 and SVN-snapshot (trunk) of QGIS I encountered that
the Proxy-entries in the WMS-dialog dont work anymore. Within another
Snapshot (r8416) it works.

Are there plans to get this working before the next release?
