[Qgis-developer] AW: Stop rendering button in QgisApp

I think both would be good, as anyone switching from ArcGIS might try to 
use the escape key which has the same function. Although even most Arc 
users I know don't know about that feature being added in I think 9.1

Also sometimes when your graphics card gets fudgy, like you were moving 
the window and it hasn't finished redrawing escape key would be the only 
option.
