[Qgis-developer] 0.9.2 Release Plans

Hi Paolo

I prefer to go on with 0.9.2:

 - our newly formed release team is trying to learn the procedure of a
release and I don't want to move the ground under their feet.
 - pushing 0.9.2 final release will cause downstream delays to getting
1.0 out in time for september.
