Hi all,
I agree with Paolo; in particular, I think that the *printing improvements* task is very important, moreover considering how QGIS is currently used by the community (that is, IMHO, as GRASS interface and high quality map editor).
This said, I announce you that is my thought to start (from september) to work on a quite/new GRASS toolbox, that is, IMHO, another very important task to do.
Regards
Marco

Hi all.
I think we should start laying down a list of items to be completed
before a version could be called 1.0. In the meantime, we can release
0.11, 0.12 etc.
In my view these are necessary:
- bugfixing (this is probably the heaviest and most boring task)
- advanced labelling
- speedup
- raster catalogues (this can be probably done with a simple plugin, as
Martin suggested)
- printing improvements (with raster legend)
- API stabilization.
All the best.
