I think that page was copied from FOSS4G2007 where the QGIS code  
sprint was cancelled due to lack of developer attendance.

Looking at http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G2007_CodeSprint#QGIS shows  
the same status. Someone needs to decide if there will be a code  
sprint and update the page.
