[Qgis-developer] New plugins: profiles and table management

Sorry for the mess, but I've decided to rename my Point Profile Plugin to the 
Point Sampling Tool. I think the "old" name was too confusing.

Unfortunatelly, the plugin directory has changed, so if you want to upgrade, 
you have to manually remove the old .qgis/python/plugins/pointprofile 
directory.

Sorry once again, I believe this is worth the trouble.
