[Qgis-developer] QGIS 1.0 Feature Freeze Begins

Hi all,

as non-developer, if developers prefer take time for a stable 1.0:
I agree with Paolo about a beta/rc release at FOSS4G, rather than a 1.0 carrying
too much bugs for working purposes.
