[Qgis-developer] Python access to QgsMeasureTool

Hi all,

Is it possible to access the classes derived from QgsMapTool 
(QgsMeasureTool, QgsIndentifyTool, ...) from python plugins ?
I guess no since there is no .sip files for these classes.
Is it the right way to re-develop our own maptool children ?
