[Qgis-developer] QGIS 1.0 Feature Freeze Begins

Hi

Even better we should probably just go with Preview 1 which doesnt
imply too much about  the alpha / beta / api frozen state and is
consistent with previous releases. I agree with your sentiment about
not calling it alpha.
