After some investigation, I decided to not "copy" a new qgis.bat (like that
located in osgeo4w\bin directory), but to point to the original qgis.bat.

I discovered another strange thing: ECW rendering is fast only on two PCs,
while in eight PCs is awful slow. All PCs share the same hardware. Any idea
on why is happening this? Investigating...
