[Qgis-developer] Shortcuts not working

Hello all
While checking translation of shortcuts in qgis_es.ts, I've seen those
translated are not working. For example, in File menu this is what I
have (r10484):

   Where does this Ctrl+S in gui come from?

Ctrl+I                 Yes
Print comp.:     Ctrl+P                Ctrl+P                     
Ctrl+P                Yes
Quit:                  Ctrl+Q                Ctrl+S                     
Ctrl+S                No
It's supposed that if these shortcuts are in ts file they should work if
translated, but it doesn't seem to work.
There is also some other estrange behaviour under View menu
