[Qgis-developer] update VERSION_INT?

Poking around today - should QGIS_VERSION_INT be updated to coincide  
with the trunk version?  Currently:

SET(QGIS_VERSION_INT 10000)

For some reason I changed it to '10100' in the Xcode project config  
when I first set that up, but the cmakelists.txt still has 10000.
