[Qgis-developer] Zoom to next feature

I see from the release checklist that this:
      "Zoom to next and zooming memory" http://trac.osgeo.org/qgis/ticket/1522
was slated for inclusion in 1.1.

I have applied and tested this patch in my local development branch  
(before I knew it was on the checklist). Should it be included in 1.1  
even though we are past feature freeze?
