I have redirected *.qgis.org to the blog and posted a notice about the  
outage. This change may take a while to work for you since it involves  
a DNS change.
Once http://qgis.osgeo.org comes up, I will revert things back the way  
they belong.

If someone notices that things are back to normal, shoot me an email  
in case I miss it....
