[Qgis-developer] ticket #1877: ui/rc files in python plugins

Hi,

after I noticed that some generated python ui files were missing from the osm
plugin, I've added some code to osmplugins's CMakeLists.txt to build the python
files automatically - for that plugin.

I've extended that a bit and made a patch that moves that to
cmake/Python.cmake, removes all generated files from the plugins and modifies
their CMakeLists.txt to recreate them automatically on build (just like for C++
UIs).

The patch is attached to ticket #1877 on TRAC.  Would the python people please
review the patch?
