[Qgis-developer] The plain keys for shortcuts

I did that for:

Though noone said anything about other platforms than OSX, so I don't
know if there were problems on other platforms.
From a UI point of view, I think that menus really shouldn't be using
plain keystrokes for shortcuts anyways. Tools, sure.
