[Qgis-developer] 2 different gdal_contour.exe in windows osgeo4w installation

Hi guys,
I've installed the OSGeo4W on Vista to close a GdalTools-plugin
ticket (https://trac.faunalia.it/GdalTools-plugin/ticket/31).

The error instead is that there are 2 gdal_contour.exe, one in
"%OSGEO4W_ROOT%"\bin and the other in
"%OSGEO4W_ROOT%"\apps\gdal-16\bin.
Their size are also different!

In the qgis.bat file there are 2 lines that adds both the 2
gdal_contour.exe paths:

call "%OSGEO4W_ROOT%"\bin\o4w_env.bat
    that add to PATH the \bin
call "%OSGEO4W_ROOT%"\bin\gdal16.bat
    that add to PATH the \apps\gdal-16\bin

By the way, the first work fine, the second no and, after it creates
the output, it crashes.

Why are 2 and, mainly, why are different?
