[Qgis-developer] Plugin to view images INPE site

Dear All,


I posted two plugins for worker with INPE catalog (http://www.dgi.inpe.br/CDSR/), where, brazilian peoples can make
download free images satellites.

These plugins are used to selected area(mapcanvas, active layer and selected features) and obtain the layer of catalog
INPE, after, you can see quicklook the imagens and make order to download (need have login in INPE site).

The idea is to attract brazilian's users GIS for know QGIS.

The year is ending, then, merry christmas and happy new years.
