[Qgis-developer] QgsVectorLayer Failed To load

Hi everybody i'm trying to do a small application, in python, for
children about geographic information. I started from Martin's
tutorial but i have a error when i try to load a vector layer, the
error is "Failed to Load" but my application doesn't crash. Also
Martin's tutorial have the same problem, i use qgis and python-qgis
1.3 with debian lenny. My code for add the layer is here [0] someone
can help me?
