[Qgis-developer] about building FOSS community

this post is great, thanks for the link, Martin!

Just a note, we do blog and write articles about QGIS a lot lately,
about our projects, experiences and working stuff, so I guess it would be
nice to have a place somewhere on the QGIS website to link to other
places, may be something under "international".
