[Qgis-developer] .gislock

Hi all.
We had several reports of problems in using the grass plugin on win. If
the program is not closed correctly, .gislock files can be left over,
and this makes it impossible to use the mapset again. It is probably
better solving this, eg by deleting .gislock every time qgis closes.
