[Qgis-developer] IRC logging down

For some reason the logging bot (sigq) is unable to connect to  
freenode. All connects from my host are currently banned. I've opened  
a ticket with the freenode staff.

Please pass this info along to those on other channels served by sigq  
if the subject comes up.
