[QGIS-Developer] Build QGIS on Windows - Query

Hello List,
I am following the build procedure qgis on windows using the method / step
defined as per Building From Source [1] on wiki.

The file qgis_msvc_deps_except_qt4.zip[2] seem to be missing or
un-reachable.

Could anyone let me know if the file is available in some other link.
