[Qgis-developer] trac: tickets stats update

Along the past days has been made an effort of "cleaning" the trac. Here
is the actual situation:

active tickets 300
total tickets 1781
critical 17
major 81
minor 202

a few more critical tickets are probably going to be closed in the next
days. Paolo and Lorenzo are working to close many tickets of the GRASS
component.

Among the nasty bugs that I (too) suggest to solve as soon as possible,
there are the ones about projections, scale and measures, as already
pointed in this wiki page
