[Qgis-developer] feedback on ticket #926

Hi all,

do you have any idea how should be the right behavior for the situation
described in the following ticket?

basically if you have two polygons that overlaps completely and you
select (with the select tool) the outer one, then the selection is ok.
If you select the inner one then both are selected. 

Using the attribute table you can select just the inner or the outer one
by selecting the relative row.

Ideas?
