[Qgis-developer] identify in edit mode

Hi all,

while editing if I use identify tool on a feature, it pops up a dialog
that allows to edit values.

Though I like the idea, I'd vote for keeping identify tool working
the same way regardless whether I am in the editing mode or not. I'd
suggest making a separate tool for doing what Identify tool is doing right now in
editing mode.

Is it a bug or a feature? QGIS 1.2-trunk.
