[Qgis-developer] QgsVectorFileWriter isn't case sensitive

Hi all.
It is uncelar to me what it should be done with this critical bug:

Is it difficult to fix? Is someone willing to take it?
I'm asking because only 5 critical bugs are left, and this is the only one who
doesn't have a potential owner.
