[Qgis-developer] trac flood

Hi dassouki.
Whoever you are, please stop flooding the trac. Many (most?) of the ticket you
opened are invalid, duplicates or so generic that they cannot be replicated,
thus are impossible to fix. This causes noise, and make us waste time.
Check carefully before opening a ticket, this *has* a cost for the project.
