[Qgis-developer] call for Vienna

Hi all.
The Vienna hackmeeting is approaching, and we would like to have as many
devs and power users as possible. We currently have collected
substantially less than we aimed for:

Some additional funds will certainly come, but obviously our users are
not as generous as we have expected, so I think it is safe to count on
2.5kEUR. I'll keep on searching for funds, and ideas on where to look
are always welcome.
I invite therefore the devs who are willing to attend, but do not have
funds to cover travel and hotel costs, to apply for a QGIS grant,
stating how much they need.
We'll do our best to accommodate everybody's needs.
