It may be caused by the depreciated Grid Maker (Graticule Creator) plugin. It's 
one file in the /usr/local/lib/qgis/ directory, named libgraticulecreator.so or 
similarly.

Try to remove it, because it's obsolete&incompatible and is no longer replaced 
by the make install.
