[Qgis-developer] PostGisTools Plugin

Ok, as reported yesterday I'm working on the plugin to create automated
gui for queries define by the users in a xml filme.
Today I've been able to do the first tests on this plugin. It's better
than I expected as it took 10 seconds to create a new "Run SQL Query"
plugin and another 10 seconds to create a "Count IF" plugin. 

Well, at the moment the tool to edit the xml isn't even started (well, I
have the gui designed) but I wish to focus on the bugfixing of this part
of the plugin as we can set the tools using text files and editing the
xml. So if anyone could be so kind to test it a little, it's uploaded in
the default contributed repository.

Actually, I'm not being able to upload it because for some reason the
pyqgis.org site isn't running properly here so I'm sending the plugin as
an attachment.

There is a bug in the plugin... unload function because I had to create
a list of actions and now I don't know why the removePluginMenu don't
work with actionlist[item] :/ Any sugestions?

I'm also sending screenshots of both tools and the gui for the builder
to people understand how it works.
