Hi Alessandro.
What minimum Sqlite version does SpatiaLite needs? In Debian it is at
3.5.9, which is not really old (3.6.11 now). Is this too old for SpatiaLite?
Anyway, at least for the internal sqlite, what does prevent us from
shipping the latest version?
