[Qgis-developer] cannot create qgis application from python: errors with provider plugins

I'm going to update the examples to work with QGIS 1.0.

The errors are shown just with plugins (they're not providers). From
the log I see that providers loaded correctly.

You must first click on the upper left button to load and show the test layer.
