[Qgis-developer] Improvements to open vector dialog

Hi Paolo:

 

The ogr driver for sqlite is outdated and does not work with Spatialite. 

It uses diferent table structure that spatialite (for example in sqlite driver

the table spatial_ref_sys uses a column named SRTEXT while spatialite has

a column named proj4text).  I have been working in an ogr driver for spatialite

based in sqlite driver, solving the problems with tables structures and solving

the problems with constrains but it needs more work and more testing.
