[Qgis-developer] add a ring and delete a hole

Hi,
Maybe I'm too pedantic, but can't understand why to introduce two different 
names for the same thing? 

mActionAddRing.png
mActionDeleteHole.png

It looks messy, and it's inconvenient for new developers and when you're 
searching for a string in the source tree and you have to remember that the same 
thing can be found under different terms... [blah, blah]
