[Qgis-developer] Configure shortcuts

Hi all,

I've just commited a patch to trunk (r10730) that makes possible to
set shortcuts to actions. I hope it will make usage of QGIS more
efficient :-)
Anyway, if there's interest from plugin developers, it could add a new
method to qgis interface that would enable plugins to add their own
actions (QAction instances, i.e. menu / toolbar items) to the
configure shortcuts dialog.

Btw. some of the default shortcut assignments are quite strange,
suggestions for improvements are welcome.
